I’m Dr. Chetanna Okasi, a board-certified OB-GYN and Harvard University graduate. By the age of 16, I had earned admission into the world’s top university—Harvard—along with acceptances from every Ivy League school. My four sisters and I all share a similar story: each of us earned doctorate-level degrees after attending Ivy League institutions, all while growing up in a modest apartment in New York City. How? Because we had an environment that nurtured our ambition and believed in our potential.
Now it’s my turn to pay it forward. For many of you, I believe in your potential too!
This is not just a mentorship group—it’s a movement. A small, focused virtual coaching circle for serious, hardworking girls who are ready to chase their goals with everything they’ve got. Whether you're aiming for college, launching a project, or just trying to pass your classes and figure life out—I’ve got you.
What You’ll Get
- Virtual coaching sessions (starting Sunday, April 27th at 12 PM EST)
- 1-on-1 goal-setting support
- Help finding tutors, internships, or summer opportunities
- A safe space to share your wins and your worries
- A sisterhood of other young women who want to rise
Who This is For
- Girls ages 14–23
- You don’t have to want to be a doctor—but you do have to want more for yourself
- You’re hardworking, honest, and committed
- You might be struggling—but you’re trying to do better
- No space for lazy naysayers here—we lift each other up, period.
How to Apply
This group is small by design. I want to be able to give real attention to each girl in the circle.
To apply:
- Fill out a short application form. You can cut and paste into a new page, then fill in your answers.
